All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand production partner, Printify. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs while maintaining quality production standards.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and shipping method selected.
Ancestral Steel does not control shipping pricing, as fulfillment and shipping are handled by our production partner.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may be produced at different facilities, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
