The greater the obstacle, the greater the strength.

Some challenges demand more than endurance. They ask us to become stronger.

“Ef þú vex, þá vex mér ásmegin” gives this artwork its guiding theme: the resolve to meet growing adversity with growing strength. Inspired by Thor of Norse mythology, this dramatic composition embodies courage, perseverance, and the discipline to remain steadfast under pressure.

Standing upon a rugged mountain summit, Thor raises his hammer beneath gathering lightning. Wolves flank the warrior while ravens cross the storm-filled sky. Expressive black and grey brushwork captures the wild landscape, punctuated by a flowing crimson cloak. Every detail conveys strength held with purpose.

Whether displayed in an executive office, private study, training space, or contemporary living room, this framed canvas serves as a daily reminder that obstacles can shape our character and deepen our resolve.
